This formal letter of intent is offered and entered as of , by and between New G Media Entertainment, LLC a Nevada corporation[entity] and the person of:[Investor].
To eliminate assumption, the investors hereby acknowledges that he or she has read and/or had their attorney read the investment memorandum/private placement agreement (PPA) for this project "Celebrity" Making of a Champion Franchise Boxing Reality Show is aware of this investment's opportunity as well as its risks and has decided to be an investor in this made for television boxing reality show project.

The following terms and conditions shall clarify our mutual intent regarding:

• The Investor's financial contribution (investment) to the "Celebrity" Making of a Champion boxing reality show sizzle reel and pilot production project.

• The Investor's stake (financial responsibility) in the production of the project "Celebrity" Making of a Champion boxing reality sizzle reel, and pilot. Hereafter, New G Media Entertainment LLC., presents "Celebrity" Making of a Champion boxing reality show (Project).

• The equivalent compensation (percentage) for the investment and lingering participation through theatrical, including but not limited to ancillary, cable satellite media, television, CD/video, live streaming, and publications, etc., foreign and/or domestic. All promulgated in Project's: New G Media Entertainment LLC., presents "Celebrity" Making of a Champion boxing reality show Investment Memorandum.

This investment is a percentage of the entire budget of the project will be compensated accordingly. These percentage points are calculated for profit and in addition to the return of the investor's principle investment.
